Liner

Made for working tattoo artists. Built by one.

A daily companion that holds the schedule, the craft history, the money, and the inbox in one quiet surface. Not a salon CRM wearing tattoo clothes.

Hey — looking for a small fine-line piece on my forearm. Something botanical. Maybe palm-sized?
Got it. Any reference images you can share?

Wrap-up

Sixty seconds now. Comes back as next session's prep.

Photos, what you mixed, what they paid, what method. Today's notes auto-fill next session's prep — so you remember which greywash held bright.

What you don't get

Some things on purpose.

No commission on bookings. Ever.

Your clients pay you, not us. We're a $29 monthly tool, not a broker taking a cut at the door.

No calendar-grid hell.

Time is a spine, not a wall. The day reads top-to-bottom like the page of a journal.

No salon-CRM aesthetic.

No blue-and-white. No stock photography. No "Welcome back, Sarah!" microcopy. This was made for an artist's eye.

No SMS spam to your clients.

The reminders fire to you, not to them. Their inbox stays theirs. The relationship stays yours.

No paywalled features.

One price, every feature. The deal is the deal.

No competitor feed next to your work.

Your booking page is your booking page. No "artists you might also like" alongside the visitor's screen. No directory dilution.

FAQ

Questions you've probably already asked.

What's the commission on bookings?

Zero. Liner is a $29 monthly tool. Your clients pay you directly via whatever rail you use today. We don't sit between you and your money.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data exports as JSON the day you ask. Every client card, every session, every photo, every supply row. We're not holding it hostage.

How do I migrate from Square, Booksy, or IG DMs?

Manually for now — paste your DM threads into the inquiry parser and Liner extracts the structured fields. Direct importers are in progress; ask if you want one prioritised.

Do you process my deposits?

No. Deposits go directly from client to you via your Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or bank. Liner records what hit and when. We never touch the money.

Is my client data really mine?

Yes. Row-level isolated per artist on the database. Exportable on demand. Not sold, not shared, not resold. Privacy policy →

What about taxes?

Liner tracks every session's gross, tip, and payment method. At tax time you export the JSON, hand it to your accountant, done. We don't file for you and we don't pretend to.

Built by Austin — a working tattoo artist tired of booking apps that miss the craft and IG DMs that swallow the work.
